Murdock
DJ/Producer and Founder of the ever growing electronic dance brand “A Night of Madness” Tommy Murdock from Lisburn, Northern Ireland shows no signs of slowing down. With over 31,000 followers on social media and growing by the day, why would he?
Tommy started off by djing in the clubs of Belfast and beyond. He gained residencies in Thompsons Garage, Coach as well as some past clubs such as Eivissa. From then Tommy’s music career has gone from strength, he has taken to some of the country's biggest stages, T13 being the main starting point where he performed for Electric Playground. More recently though he performed a set at Féile An Phobail alongside top DJ Brennan Heart performing to thousands.
‘A Night of Madness’ kicked off at the start of the year and has already had 6 out of 6 sell out shows in Mandela Hall. We’ve seen first hand what it’s like at these events and the crowd just make it. Upstairs in the foyer is like a ghost town when Murdock graces the stage with a bang when the clock strikes 12. You’ve more than likely spotted people running about in Madness merchandise, the logo is a widely recognised symbol now in Belfast’s dance scene.
Tommy invites guest DJ’s from all over the country to take to the stage of his sell out shows and he also has his own resident DJ’s to entertain the crowd as well. It’s clear to see why these DJ’s keep coming back; they would be mad not to, the atmosphere is electric.
Hoping for another in the near future but until then you can catch him spinning across some of Northern Ireland’s clubs. We’re excited to see where his ever growing success will take in the next number of years.
JUST ANNOUNCED: Tommy will be playing at Shorefest 2020 Saturday 30th May get your tickets here.
