Kicking off the event is the incredible Emer Maguire, global Strabane born comedian, who will lead us through an afternoon of empowering stories and inspiring conversations with guest speakers. You’ll hear from amazing female entrepreneurs who’ve turned adversity into success, sharing their journeys of resilience, innovation, and growth. We’re thrilled to have Patricia Breslin as our keynote speaker, offering invaluable insights on how to transform experiences into thriving enterprises. Alongside Patricia we will have - Jenna Mc Cusker (Owner of Mental Health and Me and House of Scents), Staci Stewart (Owner of Mama Placenta Remedies) and Roisin Henry (Owner of Soundness of Soul) who will talk about their journey. Emer Maguire (MC) Bio:
Emer Maguire is an international award-winning science communicator turned musical comedy success story. She is a double Irish Radio award winning BBC presenter, and a unique event host and MC. Her debut solo musical comedy show ‘Emer Maguire: Hilarious Humans’ sold out its debut run in Edinburgh Fringe Festival with unprecedented demand. Emer has performed at festivals and venues all over the world and loves nothing more than making people laugh along with her. Her stand-up shows have sold out stalwart venues such as the Ulster Hall, the Mac, and Mandela Hall. Emer’s 2025 tour sees her perform at venues across NI, including Belfast’s Grand Opera House.

Patricia Breslin (Keynote Speaker) Bio:
Patricia is a single mother of six children. A transformational speaker, counsellor, and the creator of the Who Am I? program, a 12 week journey designed to help individuals rediscover their identity, build resilience, and create a purposeful future. With a powerful combination of lived experience and professional expertise. Patricia specialises in guiding individuals who have faced domestic violence, trauma, or life transitions toward healing and empowerment.
Having overcome her own challenges, including domestic violence, addiction recovery, trauma, bulimia and her personal transformation. Patricia now dedicates her life to helping others break free from limiting beliefs, reclaim their self-worth, and step into their full potential. She is also a TedX speaker, hypnotherapist, and NLP practitioner, using a blend of therapeutic and coaching techniques to inspire lasting change.
