So what do Successful entrepreneurs have in common? A Growth Mindset!
This session will explore how you can adopt a growth mindset in your new business, overcome the fears and deal with setbacks and challenges. We will look at how to be resilient and how to embrace and enjoy the journey.
We will ditch the negative thinking with a tool called Green platform thinking and learn how to “dance with your inner critic”!.
We will also make time to share your current challenges and benefit from the knowledge and skills of your peers.
Learning and Objectives
We will provide you with an understanding of Growth Mindset, Green Platform Thinking and Positive Action Now, to make you feel more resilient and ready for business. You will have a set of practical tools you can start to try to use when you feel your business idea is too challenging, as well as overcoming that feeling of Imposter Syndrome.
