A compelling experience is the surest way to delight customers, engage employees and stand out from competitors.
When Bain&Co surveyed 362 firms in 2005 asking if they delivered a superior customer experience, 80% said yes. Yet only 8% of their customers agreed with them. And customer expectations have only increased since then.
Too many businesses are paying the price for this experience gap, by not taking it seriously, not measuring it, or not building it into their strategy. Gareth Dunlop will talk through the close connection between customer experience and commercial success and explore key themes related to customer experience:
