The Go Succeed Start
team hosts this New Product Developers Peer Support Network for start-up businesses throughout Northern Ireland. This is the first opportunity to meet in person.
This session will explore: Introduction to Lean Product Development Process
This session outlines
the practical approach to narrowing your idea to its critical elements and rapidly testing its effectiveness at solving the problem your customers are facing.
Involving the demanu critical thinking framework to confirm what your minimum viable
product (MVP) will consist of you will have the best next steps to move
forward.
Starting with a group
session, and then pairing off, the participants will be asked to share their new
prototype specifications and objectives they want to achieve.
This network is one of
three events that run on a rolling basis, and you can join at any stage.
About the Facilitator
With over 10 years of experience in the medical device
and industrial design industry, JB Dobbin is passionate about creating products that
improve quality of life, serve a genuine purpose, and move us forward.
Previously, JB was the R&D Manager at Seating Matters, where he managed the
design and development of several new products, namely, the Sydney GoFlat, an
innovative and aesthetic chair for critical care patients. Testimony to its
success, our team won the coveted Red Dot Design in 2023.
