Ever wondered where Prosecco comes from, or indeed how Prosecco is made?  We are delighted to host an insightful masterclass event with Sherril Soliman, expert of Grapevine, to consider the geography of Prosecco and how Prosecco is made. GreatVine is a local Northern Irish company whose founders have lived for many years amongst the finest producers in the Veneto wine region of Italy. Guests will be welcomed with a Prosecco cocktail before tasting their way through four different types of Prosecco while learning about the 'Prosecco Process' from our expert. Each table will also enjoy delectable cicchetti towards the end of the event.
