In our final meet up, we will think about what you want to achieve and how to get there. Business startup can be very overwhelming so we will look at where to prioritise your energy and provide you with some activities and tools to help you have a clearer action plan going forward.

The session will include groupwork to build connections and learning.

• Goal Setting activity
• Options for planning – business canvas, action plan, business plan
• Strategy on a Page – activity focusing on elements of the business such as products, market, and resources….
• Inhibitors and Accelerators - how to manage this – what you should do yourself V what to outsource
• Eliminating overwhelm in strategic planning – deciding on key goals

This free network is part of a thematic series. We recommend that attendees attend all 3 sessions to get the most from the network.
