If a ticket is refunded, do the service fees get refunded?

The customer gets a refund of the face value of their ticket. You have the choice of refunded the service fees to the customer, but the fees aren't refunded to you. If you choose to refund the service fees also, the service fee amount will be deducted from your Stripe balance. Most event organisers don't refund transactions under any circumstances unless the event is rescheduled or cancelled.
