How much will I be refunded?
You will receive at least the face value of your ticket. Service fees may not be refundable. In no event will postage charges or any other fees or amounts be refunded.
If you purchased TicketPlan Booking Refund Insurance and your policy is still within the 14 day cooling off period, you will receive a refund for your insurance policy cost. Outside of the cooling off period, no refund is applicable.
