How do I setup glistrr Resale for my sold out event?

Once your event sells out you should turn waitlist on in the ticket setup section and switch Resale on in the advanced details section in the event setup page. We may even do this for you if we notice that your event is sold out we'll drop you a message to ask if you want Resale switched on. There is no further work involved on your side, everything is handled by us.

We will then setup the Resale ticket types for you and alert the waitlist if/when tickets become available. When a ticket is added to the Resale queue and sold it becomes void and is automatically refunded, the new customer recieves a brand new ticket.
