What if I've entered the wrong email address for my tickets to be sent to?
Not to worry, we find this to be a common error.
If you have not yet received an email confirmation it's probably due to an error in the email address you provided us with. Simply provide the information requested below so we can amend your details and re-issue your email and ticket attachment.
Information required:
- Email address associated with the tickets
- Name on tickets
- Transaction ID
- The last 4 digits of Card used for payment.
Once your support request is received we will address the issue accordingly and re-attach tickets as required.
