I've purchased the wrong tickets - What do I do?

Unfortunately glistrr only acts as a ticket broker and therefore can not offer any exchanges or refunds on tickets unless your event has been cancelled. However it may be worthwhile contacting the event organiser directly.

Please note: before buying tickets it's important to double check all the event details and make sure you're completely happy before completing the transaction.
