I didn't receive my confirmation email with my tickets included

Firstly, check your spam or junk mail folder - sometimes emails can get stuck in there.

If you still can't find your confirmation email, you can download your tickets through our "Find My Tickets" section at https://www.glistrr.com/findmytickets.

If your tickets are not found, try entering the mobile number used at the time of booking and search again.

If you're unable to locate your tickets, please email support@glistrr.com and someone will be happy to assist you.
