My shipped tickets haven't arrived yet

Your shipped tickets should arrive at least 48 hours before the event is due to take place. In some exceptional circumstances, tickets may not arrive on time.

If the event is within 48 hours, please contact us at support@glistrr.com and someone will be happy to assist you. In your email please provide the following details:

  • Email address associated with the tickets
  • Name on tickets
  • Transaction ID
  • The last 4 digits of Card used for payment.
